We want to emphasize that other states have different qualifications. Driving students in other territories have limitations on when they can complete their classes. We’d like to clarify that so you’re prepared in case you suddenly need to move and have to be a driver in a different state. For more information on another territory, you can visit those FAQs on our website. We know that our students are busy with their grade schools and jobs, so we let them take their time at their convenience. Our classes can do that because Utah doesn’t have laws restricting the hours or days for completion.

You can schedule a road test if you already have your learner permit, are confident with your capabilities, and all requirements are met. To schedule a driving test, the applicant must present their temporary instruction permit identification card (TIPIC), and if under age 18, the applicant must present a driver education certificate. Applicants also must provide a vehicle in good condition for testing. An inspection will be performed before the test begins.
