How long is the Course?
Insurance Defensive Driving Course is designed to be completed in 6 hours, which is in line with the state requirement. But guess what? You don't have to do it all in one go! Feel free to pause, log out, and come back whenever it suits you. We've got your back with saving all your progress, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Does the Course have Quiz?
Just a heads up about the quizzes! After you finish each chapter, there'll be a quiz waiting for you. It's super easy, just 3 questions, and they're all multiple-choice. Final quiz just has 20 question you need 14 correct answer to pass.
What if you fail the quiz? No worries, you get unlimited attempts to pass the quiz :)
How do I get my Certificate?
Original Certificates are mailed the next business day after you complete your course, Monday through Friday. For California users, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your certificate by mail.
How do I get the Discount applied on my Insurance policy?
Once you have received your certificate, you just need to send that over to your Insurance Agent or Insurance provide so they can apply the discount on your Insurance Policy.
