- Course must be completed 7 days prior to you Court Date
Eligibility Process
As per state rules, we cannot get you started on the course until we receive required document below:
- A clear and readable copy of your DRIVER’S LICENSE
- A legible copy of the front side of your Actual TICKET
- A legible copy of the front side of your Court Extension if you have been given a new court date.

Documents are processed within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Sunday.
How long is the Course?
Course is designed to be completed in 4 hours, which is in line with the state requirement. But guess what? You don't have to do it all in one go! Feel free to pause, log out, and come back whenever it suits you. We've got your back with saving all your progress, so you can pick up right where you left off.
How Many Chapter Does it have?
Does the Course have Quiz?
Hey, just a heads up about the quizzes! On some chapters, there would be some quiz that you have to complete in order to proceed to the next chapter.
What if you fail the quiz? No worries, you get unlimited attempts to pass the quiz :)
How do I get my Certificate?
Once you've aced the course, we'll zip that completion certificate right over to you in a flash! Seriously, you can expect it within the next 30 minutes after finishing up the course.
All you've gotta do is hop back into your course, hit that "download completion certificate" button, and boom, it's all yours!
After Course is completed, What's next?
Your course completion report is mailed to the court assigned to your ticket every Friday. If you finish the course on a Friday, expect it to be sent to the court on the following Friday.
Rest assured, even if the court receives the mail after your due date, your completion report will be honored, considering potential mail delays. Typically, it takes about 3 weeks from the Friday we mail the report for the court to process everything.
