How long is the Course?

Course is designed to be completed in 4 hours, which is in line with the state requirement. But guess what? You don't have to do it all in one go! Feel free to pause, log out, and come back whenever it suits you. We've got your back with saving all your progress, so you can pick up right where you left off.

How Many Chapter Does it have?

 
Course would have a total of 7 chapters including final quiz which consist of videos, activities and some short reading materials. 
 

Does the Course have Quiz?

Hey, just a heads up about the quizzes! After you finish reading each chapter, there'll be a quiz waiting for you. It's super easy, Just 2 questions, and they're all multiple-choice. Final quiz just has 40 question which your need 32 correct answer to pass.

What if you fail the quiz? No worries, you get unlimited attempts to pass the quiz :)   

 

How do I get my Certificate?

Once you've aced the course, we'll zip that completion certificate right over to you in a flash! Seriously, you can expect it within the next 30 minutes after finishing up the course.

All you've gotta do is hop back into your course, hit that "download completion certificate" button, and boom, it's all yours!

 

What to do next?

Upon completion of your course, we will promptly report your achievement to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (FL DMV). Courts will then verify your completion status through the FL DMV system every business day to cross check if you have completed the course.

To ensure seamless processing, please ensure that your course profile and ticket information contain accurate details. It's crucial that your Citation number and Court name information precisely match those on your actual citation. This step helps prevent any discrepancies that may hinder the court's visibility of your completion status.

 

Note: Check with your Court 2 weeks after you have completed the course to ensure they would Mask your traffic violation. If they are unable to verify it in DMV System, it is best to provide manual copy of your course completion to the court so your ticket would be dismissed. 

 

FL DMV Reporting

Course Completion is Reported to FL DMV right after your complete the course if all information is correct such us your Drivers License number  and 7 Digit citation number. It is important you use citation number and not case number as case number would not be accepted by FL DMV. 
 
Once you've aced the course, we'll zip that completion certificate right over to you in a flash! Seriously, you can expect it within the next 30 minutes after finishing up.

All you've gotta do is hop back into your course, hit that "download completion certificate" button, and boom, it's all yours!
 
Normally, once it is reported to FL DMV, the courts would be able to see your completed the course as long as all information you provided is correct. 

So just to be sure, here's the important part: don't forget to submit that completion certificate to your Court to ensure your ticket gets dismissed.
