Reason for taking the course

Any person who is convicted of a Failure to Yield violation or certain other Right-of-Way violations is
required to successfully complete a Right-of-Way course by the DOT. -
In some cases, the course may be required to reinstate the student’s driver license.
Note: Only do this course if you got an approval from the court handling your ticket
How long is the Course?
Course is designed to be completed in 2 hours, which is in line with the state requirement. But guess what? You don't have to do it all in one go! Feel free to pause, log out, and come back whenever it suits you. We've got your back with saving all your progress, so you can pick up right where you left off.
How Many Chapter Does it have?
Does the Course have Quiz?
Just a heads up about the quizzes! After you finish each chapter, there'll be a quiz waiting for you. It's super easy, just 3 questions, and they're all multiple-choice. Final quiz just has 15 questions and you need to get 12 answers correct.
You get two attempts to pass the quiz, if you fail, you need to restart the course but for free.
How do I get my Certificate?
Temporary proof of completion is available for download immediately. Certificate is mailed out by our school partner within 5 days of completion
What to do next?
Present your Course completion Certificate to the Court handling your case and ask for further instructions what else you need to do.
